Recycling agriculture is an effective method to improve the competitiveness of Wuzhou’ s agriculture. This paper comprehensively analyzes the developing history and problems of agricultural recycling economy in Wuzhou. Based on the character-istics of agriculture of Wuzhou and the experience of successful recycling economy in our country, this paper proposes a developing model suitable to Wuzhou’ s agricultural recycling economy. Meanwhile, it also proposes some policies and measures to push the de-velopment of recycling economy.
