随着我国民族地区农业的发展,耕种过程中大量使用农药化肥以及人口日益增长所带来的影响,农业用地(以下简称农地)的污染问题日益突出.全国生态农业示范县——广西恭城瑶族自治县(以下简称广西恭城县)也出现了农地污染问题.民族地区的农地污染防治问题值得重视和关注,除了技术性治理之外,完善相关法律体系是防治农地污染的制度保障.该文从农地污染防治的法律规制入手,以广西恭城县为例,探索民族地区农地污染防治法律体系的完善.

With the agricultural development in the ethnic minority areas of our country, a lot of pesticides and chemical fertiliz-ers during cultivation and the influence of population growth make pollution of agricultural land (i.e. farmland) become increasingly worse. Our country’ s demonstration county of ecological agriculture, Gongcheng Yao Autonomous County of Guangxi (hereinafter called Guangxi’ s Gongcheng County) , also suffers from farmland pollution, to which much attention should be paid. Farmland pol-lution in ethnic minority areas should be controlled technologically. Besides, to perfect relevant law system is a systematic assurance for preventing and removing the pollution. From the perspective of laws and regulations, taking the case of Guangxi’ s Gongcheng County, this paper makes an analysis of how to perfect the law system to prevent and remove farmland pollution in the ethnic minority areas of our country.
