采用文献资料法、逻辑分析等方法,对我国竞技篮球教练员人才资源开发与管理相关的几组概念进行逻辑解读.结果认为:人才的概念及其界定标准是理解人才资源开发与管理概念的基石.人力资本理论视角下对与人才资源开发与管理相关几组概念的剖析,为理解竞技篮球教练员人才资源开发与管理相关概念提供了敦实的理论依据.中国竞技篮球教练员人才资源开发与管理是指在一定环境下,依据市场发展的需要,对中国竞技篮球教练员人才进行有效的、可持续性的教育、培训,并通过科学合理的评估体系,采用有效的激励策略,挖掘教练员的内在潜能,优化资源的有效配置,提高市场竞争力,最大限度地实现教练员的自身价值以及社会价值.

Human resource is the first resource.The article uses the methods of literature,logical analysis,logical interpretation of competitive basketball coaches of human resources development and management -related groups concept .Concluded that:The concept and its definition of standard of talent is the cornerstone to understand the concepts of human resources develop -ment and management.From the theory of human capital and several concepts related to human resource development and man -agement to analysis,it provides a stocky theoretical basis for the understanding of competitive basketball coaches of human re -sources development and management related concepts .Chinese competitive basketball coaches of human resources develop-ment and management means that in certain circumstances ,the Chinese competitive basketball coaches talent want to sustain-ability education,training,according to the needs of market development ,and build scientific and rational evaluation system ,ef-fective incentive policy,inherent potentials of the mining trainer ,optimize the efficient allocation of resources , enhance the market competitiveness,maximize the coaches of their own value and social value.
