The weapon and environment features in informationization battlefield have been considered sufficiently to analyse shooting value and shooting time. The shooting value was determined by the battlefield awareness ability and hit probability of fire unit and the protection ability and battlefield value of target. The shooting time was determined by the appointed-motion time and scheduled time of fire unit. The model of dynamic weapon target assignment has been established based on the two above-mentioned elements.
