与其他方法相比,细菌氧化对于含砷金矿石的预处理具有较多优势,但需要矿石中含有足够的硫.由于哈图金矿金精矿中硫含量低,并且含钙较高,在细菌氧化过程中pH值达不到要求,试验采用废液返回的方式有效地解决了pH值较高的问题.试验结果表明,当废液返回比例30%时,指标较好,金浸出率达到94.52%.

@@@@The pretreatment of gold ores bearing arsenic by using bacterial oxidation has more advantages than other methods but it is confined to the ores containing enough sulfur .The sulfur content in Hatu gold ores is low while calcium is high,so the pH value fails to meet requirements of the bacterial oxidation process .The method of returning wastewater successfully solved the problem of high pH value .The results show that gold leaching rate reached 94.52 %when the ratio of waste water returned is 30 %.
