目的观察帕洛诺司琼防治术后恶心呕吐(PONV)的效果.方法选择腹腔镜下行子宫肌瘤切除术患者60例,随机分为2组,Ⅰ组麻醉诱导前给予帕洛诺司琼0.25 mg,Ⅱ组给予托烷司琼5 mg.观察记录术后24,48,72 h患者呕吐发生的情况,同时记录与5-羟色胺受体拮抗药相关的药物不良反应.结果术后24 h内2组PONV发生情况相似,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后48 h、72 h内Ⅰ组患者PONV的发生明显少于Ⅱ组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论术后24 h发生的PONV,帕洛诺司琼与托烷司琼的防治效果相似,但对于延迟发生的PONV,帕洛诺司琼有更好的防治效果.

@@@@Objective To observe the effect of Palonosetron preventing postoperative nausea and Vomiting. Methods Sixty patients undergoing laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy were randomly divided into Group Ⅰ and GroupⅡ. Before general anesthetic induction, GroupⅠintravenously received Palonosetron 0.25 mg, and Group Ⅱreceived Tropisetron 5 mg. The severity of nausea and vomiting, side effects were recorded at 24 h、48 h and 72h after surgery. Results 24 h after laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy, tthe effective control rate of nausea and vomiting have no significant difference between two groups (allP<0.05).The effective control rate of nausea and vomiting in GroupⅠwas significantly higher than in GroupⅡat 48 h,72h after surgery (P<0.05). Conclusion The effective control rate of nausea and vomiting between two drugs at 24h postoperatively. Palonosetron is an ideal long-acting antiemetic drug which can effectively prevent postoperative nausea and vomiting.
