根据平面啮合理论,应用复数矢量法对一种特殊爪型真空泵的理论型线进行研究,给出了转子的曲线方程并据此作出了转子曲线.对真空泵的容积利用系数进行了计算和分析,结果表明:真空泵的形状系数是影响泵的容积利用率的主要因素.

@@@@According to the plane mesh principle,complex vector method was used to study the profile of the special claw type vacuum pump. The equation of the rotors profile was derived and the profile curve was drawn by using MATLAB. The volumetric effi-ciency of the pump was calculated and analyzed. The results show that key factors affecting the volumetric efficiency of the pump is shape coefficient.
