根据异形管的设计方法,并结合客户的要求,应用冷弯成型专业设计软件COPRA对P形管进行辅助设计;建立了考虑各种必要因素的精确计算模型,并进行了计算机模拟,通过分析模拟结果改进了初始设计方案,并配置了成型轧辊.结果表明:计算机辅助设计可以大大减少调试时间,缩短设计周期,提高设计可靠性;既降低了设计过程中的经济损失,又提高了长期生产的经济效益.

@@@@According to the design method of irregular tubes,cold bending forming professional design software COPRA was used to design P form tube assistantly,combining with the requirements of customers. A precise model in which most of necessary factors were considered was established,then simulation was made. Through analyzing the simulation results,the initial design scheme was improved,and forming roll was configurated. The results show that adopting computer aided design technology,the debug time is re-duced greatly,the design cycle is shortened,and the design reliability is improved. So economic loss in the design process is de-creased,and economic benefit is improved.
