在公路路面施工过程中,为了能够精确地控制路面冷再生机的泡沫沥青发生装置,建立了冷再生机泡沫沥青发生装置的系统模型,利用Matlab画出系统的开环传递函数的根轨迹图和Bode图,对系统模型的特性进行分析并对其进行优化.针对电液速度控制系统中的非线性和时变性等复杂因素,设计了对该模型进行PID校正的控制方案,并进行Simu link仿真后发现优化了的控制系统在快速性没有降低的情况下具有了很好的稳定性,控制效果大大改善.

@@@@In the road pavement construction process,in order to control the asphalt foams generating device of the road cold re-claimer precisely,its system model was built,and the root locus and Bode plot of the open-loop transfer function of the system was drawn by using Matlab software. The feature of system model was analyzed and it was optimized. Aiming at the complex factors of the electro-hydraulic speed control system which included nonlinearity and time-varying,the PID correction control scheme for the model was designed and simulated in Simulink software. It shows that,in the case of optimized control systems rapidity doesnt reduce,it has good stability,and the control effect is improved greatly.
