为了克服冷发射模拟试验台在模拟发射导弹的过程中存在的平台震动问题,设计一种新型串级控制方法.使用AMESim与Simulink建立模拟试验台液压支腿数学模型,模型内环采用经典PID控制方法,外环使用自适应模糊法整定PID参数.联合仿真表明:采用该控制策略能够使震动后的平台迅速回稳,较传统单回路PID控制策略,能够有效提高系统的鲁棒性.
為瞭剋服冷髮射模擬試驗檯在模擬髮射導彈的過程中存在的平檯震動問題,設計一種新型串級控製方法.使用AMESim與Simulink建立模擬試驗檯液壓支腿數學模型,模型內環採用經典PID控製方法,外環使用自適應模糊法整定PID參數.聯閤倣真錶明:採用該控製策略能夠使震動後的平檯迅速迴穩,較傳統單迴路PID控製策略,能夠有效提高繫統的魯棒性.

@@@@To overcome the vibration of test table when simulating missile cold launching,a novel cascaded control strategy was proposed. Math models of test table’s hydraulic props were established by AMESim and Simulink. Classical PID controller was uti-lized in inner loop,meanwhile adaptive fuzzy control was adopted to set PID parameters in out loop. Co-simulation shows cascaded controller can be used to stabilize the test table quickly,and robustness of the system is highly improved compared to traditional single loop PID controller.
