针对发射车的故障诊断经验短缺、知识获取困难的问题,采用AMESim仿真软件建立起竖液压系统模型和载荷模型,并验证了所建模型的正确性.通过对仿真模型注入各类故障,计算出系统响应,并分析仿真结果,获得系统异常表现与元件故障之间的联系,而且仿真结果能作为实际系统的故障诊断样本,可模拟实际系统的各类故障响应.
針對髮射車的故障診斷經驗短缺、知識穫取睏難的問題,採用AMESim倣真軟件建立起豎液壓繫統模型和載荷模型,併驗證瞭所建模型的正確性.通過對倣真模型註入各類故障,計算齣繫統響應,併分析倣真結果,穫得繫統異常錶現與元件故障之間的聯繫,而且倣真結果能作為實際繫統的故障診斷樣本,可模擬實際繫統的各類故障響應.

@@@@Models of erecting hydraulic system and load were established and verificd by AMESim simulation software aiming at lacking fault diagnosis experience and difficult knowledge acquisition. System response was calculated,simulation results were ana-lyzed and relation between abnormality and component fault was acquired. Simulation results can be used as fault diagnosis samples for practical system and be used to simulate various fault response of practical system.
