数控机床以其高精度、高柔性和高自动化程度而得到日益广泛的应用,但高成本是制约其发展的不利因素.为了提高数控机床的利用率,利用仿真技术建立某数控镗铣床的3 D模型并进行相关的应用研究,可以大大缩短辅助时间,提高机床的加工效率,减少机床的故障,对数控技术的发展有一定的促进作用.

@@@@Numerical control machine tool with high precision,high flexible and high automation degree gets widely application, but high cost restricts its development. In order to improve the utilization rate of numerical control machine tool,virtual simulation technology was used to build the model of a CNC boring-milling machine and then correlative application research was made. It is shown that using virtual simulation technology,the assistant time is shortened greatly,the machine processing efficiency is improved, the fault of the machine tool is reduced. It has certain stimulative value for the development of numerical control technology.
