针对矿井提升机常见的卡罐、松绳故障,结合计算机技术、网络技术和远程监控技术,采用Visual Basic. NET和NI公司的MEASUREMENT插件设计了矿井提升机的在线故障诊断系统.该系统对矿井提升机关键部位进行实时监测,充分利用专家资源,提高了故障诊断率,缩短故障发生到正确诊断之间的反应时间,为矿井的安全生产提供有力的保障.现场应用表明,该系统对提升机远程故障诊断效率具有可行性和可靠性.

@@@@Aiming at the common failures of mine hoist like bucket block and rope loose,by combined with computer technology, network technology and remote monitoring technology,an on-line fault diagnosis system for mine hoist was designed based on Visual Basic.NET and MEASUREMENT plugin of NI company. The key positions of mine hoist were real-time monitored by this system. By making full use of expert resources,the rate of fault diagnosis was increased,and the response time between failure beginning and right operation was shortened,which provided a powerful guarantee for the safety production of mines. Field application shows that the system is feasible and reliable for the efficiency of remote fault diagnosis of the hoist.
