螺栓预紧力的准确加载对于螺栓应力分析以及螺栓联接组件的受力特性分析起着至关重要的作用.本文以某型调距桨叶根螺栓为分析模型,在有限元分析软件中建立计算模型,采用仿真分析的方法对螺栓预紧力的加载方法进行研究,建模分析计算表明,两种计算方法均能有效地模拟螺栓的预紧效果.

@@@@The precise loading approaches of the bolt pre-tightening are of great importance to the stress analysis of the bolt and the suffered-force analysis characteristic of the blot join discreteness. The leaf root bolt of the controllable pitch propeller oar is taken as example. The calculating model is constructed by finite element software; the simulating analysis is applied in the loading approach of the bolt pre-tightening force, the result shows that both of the two approaches could simulate the bolt pre-tightening effectively.
