本文介紹瞭基于(CP2102)接口技術和智能電能錶現儀的開髮,結閤瞭PDA、計算機及無線通信技術,使用Delphi、 EVC開髮工具,在Oracle 8i開髮的關繫型數據庫基礎上,設計開髮瞭一種電能錶現場校驗與管理智能繫統,實現瞭電力校錶的無紙化工作和智能化管理.
