According to the situation that the entering primary air isolation valve of coal mill in the taicang harbor power plant 330MW unit couldn't be closed tightly and jamming, the isolation valve was retrofitted, the untight closing problem of primary air isolation and too high temperature problem in the jury mill were successfully solved, which not only ensured the maintenance works in the mill could be carried smoothly and the safety of repairing works was raised, but also recycles waste heat and air leakage, the retofit effect was remarkable.
