the theory of training talented people: we should build a mode in which we should be abandoned to narrow professional education concept and be training individuated talent. To optimize the course system, to extend the course of study foundation, to build the knowledge structure of inter-disciplinary talent, to combine the theory with the practice, we should pay attention to innovate the old consciousness and ability about training the students.
