With the increasing requirements of the society to col ege students’ capacity and quality, application-oriented undergraduate in today's higher education have received increasing attention. Training program’s amendments in fire engineering major of Southwest Forestry University embodied reform and innovation of teaching system on applied undergraduate course. The training program focused on characteristic of major and training process, play an irreplaceable guiding role in the cultivation of students' innovative consciousness, innovative spirit and ability.
