本文对烽火角水系的水文特性进行了分析研究,建立了烽火角水系河道一维水力计算数学模型,对烽火角水系现状、河道清障、河道疏浚水面线进行了分析计算.计算结果表明,河道占滩和淤积是影响河道行洪的主要因素,与现状相比,河道清障后水面线下降0.4~0.6m ,河道疏浚后水面线下降0.1~0.2m ,通过清除河滩上的障碍物和疏浚河道,可以大幅降低水面线,降低堤防高度,节省投资.提出采用清障筑堤为主,适当清淤疏浚的方案对烽火角水系中下游河道进行整治.

C om pared w ith the presentriver,the w ater surface curve decreased 0.4~0.6m after cleared obstacle in flood plain, and decreased 0.1~0.2m again after dredged channel.Itsuggests thatclearing obstacle in flood plain and dredging the channel can greatly low er the w ater surface curve, w hich w ill reduce the height of flood to control levee and saveinvestment.ThepapersuggeststhefollowingschemeofriverregulationinFengHuojiaoRiversystem,includ-ing clearing obstacle in flood plain and heightening levee, and appropriate channeldredging.
