针对无源雷达作战使用时优化配置的部署问题,提出并构建了一个面向效能提升的无源雷达作战部署流程方案和方法体系,包括部署方案设计、可行性检验、量化分析三个关键环节和内容.该方法能够针对侦察区域或目标,综合考虑无源雷达布站时站间通视、地形遮蔽等约束条件,通过对各可行部署方案的作战效能量化分析来支持无源雷达作战效能提升,可为无源雷达及同类装备、雷达组网等的作战运用研究提供有益的参考和借鉴.

For the optimal allocation and deployment of passive radar in operational use, a passive radar’s operational deployment flow scheme and method system are proposed and constructed in this paper, which include the three key links and their contents, such as the design, feasibility checking and quantitative analysis of the deployment programs. By analyzing quantitatively the operational effectiveness on various feasible deployment schemes, this proposed method can support the promotion of passive radar’s operational effectiveness, in terms of reconnaissance area or targets, and considering comprehensively the constraint conditions of inter-visibility between stations and terrain shading, etc., thus offering a helpful reference for the study of operational application of passive radar and its similar equipment as well as radar netting.
