针对LLC谐振变换器增益公式复杂、谐振参数设计困难等问题,详细分析电路的工作过程,给出参数设计的约束条件,简化了参数设计要素,最后在合理的谐振参数下通过实例进行了验证.实验结果表明,LLC谐振变换器能够实现开关管的零电压开通,同时能够有效抑制整流二极管的反向恢复特性,实现次级的零电压关断.
針對LLC諧振變換器增益公式複雜、諧振參數設計睏難等問題,詳細分析電路的工作過程,給齣參數設計的約束條件,簡化瞭參數設計要素,最後在閤理的諧振參數下通過實例進行瞭驗證.實驗結果錶明,LLC諧振變換器能夠實現開關管的零電壓開通,同時能夠有效抑製整流二極管的反嚮恢複特性,實現次級的零電壓關斷.

To the problems of the gain formula of LLC resonant convertor being complex, the design of resonant parameters being difficult, etc., this paper analyses its circuit’s operating process in detail, gives the constraint conditions for its parameters, simplifies the key factors of parameter design, and finally have a verify check by taking examples under the circumstances of reasonable resonant parameters. Experimental results prove that the LLC resonant converter can implement the zero voltage on of the switching transistor, and meanwhile, suppress effectively the reverse recovery characteristics of rectifier diode and achieve the zero voltage off in the secondary.
