High selective catalysis by lipase includes:one is the Sn–1,3 position selective catalysis,the other chiral selectivity. In recent years,the study on the two aspects has become a hot spot for lipase, every year there are a lot of reports on them. So it was reviewed how to selectively catalyze by lipase and how to improve its selective catalytic activity and so on,in order to provide ideas on how to better use and improve the selectivity of lipase.
