对发达国家以及我国薄煤层开采技术与装备现状进行了比较,根据沙峪煤矿2203工作面构造复杂及工作面长度大等特殊因素,通过对工作面采煤机、刮板输送机和液压支架等“三机”结构的创新与改进,形成了复杂构造条件下的薄煤层高效开采技术.运用于实际生产,取得了良好的经济效果.

The mining techniques and current situation of equipment in developed countries and China in thin coal seam are compared. Ac-cording to the complex structure and extra length of No. 2203 face in Shayu coal mine, the efficient mining techniques under condition of complex structure are formed by innovating and improving the structure of the coal shearer, scraper conveyor, and hydraulic support. The techniques were applied in actual production and good economic effect was achieved.
