液压支架是煤矿综采工作面的关键设备之一,其投资可占综采工作面设备投资的2/3.传统液压支架强度试验方法因其自身的局限性,无法单一从设计角度去评估其质量.采用Pro/Engineer三维建模继而导入Ansys Workbench进行有限元分析,通过分析计算结果,对液压支架的设计提出优化方案.分析表明,这种设计方法在实际工程中有着巨大的应用潜力.

Hydraulic support is one of the important equipments of fully mechanized coal mining face. The investment of hydraulic support will be two third of coal mining face investment.Because of its own limition of common test method , it can't assess design quality individually. The paper bulid whole caving hydraulic support model by Pro/Enginieer , import the model into ANSYS workbench to analysis the stress dis-tribution. It is proved by test that this method has great application potentia in practical engineering.
