以2000年后我国发生的133起煤矿重特大放炮事故为样本,对放炮事故的发生规律进行了统计分析.统计发现:近几年,我国煤矿放炮事故起数和死亡人数在波动中呈下降趋势;煤矿各月份重特大放炮事故的事故起数与死亡人数大体呈一致性变化,且11月最多,2月最少;有瓦斯(煤尘)参与的重特大放炮事故占事故总数的绝大部分;过去对煤矿放炮事故的统计方法严重忽视了放炮引起各类事故的严重性;发生放炮事故的矿井分布广泛,但呈现南多北少的特点,南方主要集中在贵州、四川和湖南这几个区域,北方主要集中在山西和黑龙江.煤矿企业、政府、监管部门应根据放炮事故发生规律,对重点时间、事故类型,以及重点地域的煤矿加强防控.

In this article, 133 massive colliery accidents of coal mine blasting in China after 2000 were statistically analyzed, and the occur-rence regularity of blasting accidents were analyzed. Statistics found that:in recent years, China's coal mine blasting accidents and deaths de-creased with fluctuation;each month of extraordinarily serious coal mine blasting accidents accidents and the death toll is roughly consistent changes, and the most in November, at least in February;a gas (dust) explosion accident in serious accidents the total number of most;statisti-cal methods of coal mine blasting accidents over the serious neglect of blasting caused serious accidents of mine blasting accidents;the past statistical method for coal mine blasting accidents seriously neglected shooting caused serious accidents of mine blasting accidents;distribu-tion widely, but the South than in the north, mainly concentrated in the southern Guizhou, Sichuan and Hunan areas, mainly in Shanxi and Heilongjiang in the north. Coal mining enterprises, government, regulatory authorities should be based on the occurrence of explosion accident of type, key time, accidents, and key areas to strengthen the prevention and control of coal mine.
