目的了解护理专家、本科护士及应届本科生对专业学位研究生教育专业方向设置的认知及差异,并了解本科护士和应届本科生的报考意向,为专业方向的设置提供参考.方法采用自制问卷结合访谈,对40名从事和熟悉护理工作的专家、147名具有本科学历的临床护士以及177名护理本科应届毕业生进行调查.结果专家认为前3位设置的专业方向为危重症监护、糖尿病护理、伤口造口护理;大多数专家倾向于专业方向按护理专科划分;生源对专业方向的重要性认知和有意向报考的专业方向不一致.结论优先设置的专业方向为危重症监护、糖尿病护理、急诊急救、心血管疾病护理、伤口造口护理、器官移植护理.生源对专业方向的认知存在一定偏差,应加强引导和干预.

@@@@Objective To understand and compare the attitude toward specialty setting of nursing professional master degree among nursing experts, nurses with bachelor degree and undergraduate nursing students, to know students’ intention of specialty choice and to provide evidence for specialty setting. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was applied in the investigation of 40 nursing experts, 147 nurses with bachelor degree and 177 would-be undergraduate nursing students. Results Nursing experts thought that the top three specialties to set up were critical care, diabetes care, wound and ostomy care and most experts considered that professional directions were divided by specialized nursing care. There was inconsistence between students’ perception of the importance of professional direction and their intention for the specialty. Conclusion Nursing specialty setting should take social demands as a guiding and there still exist some misunderstandings of specialty, guidance and intervention for specialty choice are needed.
