目的探讨工作坊应用于护理本科生的满意程度和教学效果.方法以60名护理本科大三护生为研究对象,实施护理程序工作坊.设计问卷调查护生对工作坊的满意程度,并由护生评价工作坊对自己学习能力的培养效果.结果护生对工作坊课程满意程度的评价由高至低分别是:教师表现99%、团队合作95%、课程设计90%、自我表现81%;自评学习能力的提高由高至低分别是:合作学习89%、解决问题86%、处理信息81%、学习能力75%、学习兴趣75%.结论工作坊具有锻炼护生学习能力的教学效果,且教学组织形式受到护生的肯定和欢迎,提示工作坊教学模式在《护理学基础》护理程序课程的适用性和有效性.

@@@@Objective To assess the effect of the teaching mode of nursing process workshop in nursing undergraduates. Methods Sixty junior nursing students were enrolled and implemented the teaching mode of nursing process workshop for them. Students’ learning ability and satisfaction about the workshop were collected by a self-designed questionnaire. Results Students’ evaluations with satisfaction degree from high to low were performance of teachers (99%), team cooperation (95%), curriculum design (90%), self-expression and behavior (81%). Self-evaluation of the improvement of learning ability from high to low were cooperative learning (89%), problem solving (86%), processing information (81%), learning ability (75%), learning interest (75%). Conclusion The teaching mode of nursing program workshop can significantly promote students’ learning ability.
