研究了棉织物碱含量对免烫整理织物免烫性能和白度的影响以及织物pH与碱含量的关系,分析了织物颜色、丝光碱液浓度、水洗工艺等因素对织物碱含量的影响.结果表明,织物碱含量低更有利于提高免烫整理织物的免烫性和白度;织物p H和碱含量之间不存在明显的线性关系;织物颜色深浅、丝光碱浓度和水洗条件都会影响到织物的碱含量.

The effect of alkali content on the durable press property and whiteness of finished fabrics was studied, and the relationship between pH and alkali content on fabric was analyzed. And also studied the influences of color shade of fabric, concentration of mercerizing alkali liquid and washing condition on alkali content on fabric. The results showed that low alkali content on fabric can improve DP grade and whiteness of durable press finished fabric. It is not linear relationship between pH of fabric and alkali content on fabric; fabric color shade, mercerizing alkali concentration and washing conditions wil affect the alkali content on fabric .
