研究旨在观察苦豆籽粕-两歧双歧杆菌-唾液乳杆菌合生元对早期断奶仔猪不同时期肠道pH值和消化酶的影响.试验选用60头(21±2)日龄体重相近的杜长大三元杂交断奶仔猪,随机分为4个处理,每个处理3个重复,每个重复5头仔猪.第1、2、3组在饲喂基础日粮的基础上分别添加0.5%、1.0%和2.0%的合生元,第4组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮,试验期为4周.结果表明,合生元具有降低断奶仔猪肠道pH值的趋势;在肠道消化酶活性方面,合生元显著提高了十二指肠、空肠脂肪酶活性和十二指肠、空肠、回肠淀粉酶活性,且对空肠作用效果明显.从合生元组对试验仔猪肠道pH值和消化酶活性的影响来看,2.0%剂量组效果较好,适宜于生产实践.

The study aims at exploring the effect of foxtail-like sophara seed’s dregs-bifidobac?terium bifidum-lactobacillus salivarius synbiotics on intestinal pH and digestive enzyme activi?ties of early-weaned piglets at different periods. Sixty (21±2) day-old (Duroc×Landraee×York?shire)weaned piglets with similar weight were randomly divided into 4 groups with 3 repetitions in each disposal and 5 piglets in each repetition. During 4-week study period, 0.5%, 1.0% and 2.0% synbiotics were added into basal ration of group 1, 2 and 3 respectively, while control group(group 4) fed the basal diet. The results showed that all three weaned piglets treatment groups have slightly lower pH from the control. In digestive enzyme activities aspects, synbiotics significantly improves the lipase activity of duodenum, jejunum and the amylase activity of duo?denum, jejunum, ileum, especially in jejunum. As of the impact of intestinal pH and digestive enzyme activities on synbiotics group of test piglet, the results suggested that 2.0% synbiotics additive can be applied into the production practice for its best effect.
