450尾凡纳滨对虾仔虾被随机分成5组,分别投喂不同营养水平的5种饵料,并检测其相对体重增长率、相对体长增长率、饵料系数、特定生长率、蛋白质效率指标,以判定不同营养水平对凡纳滨对虾仔虾生长性能的影响.结果表明,蛋白质43.95%、脂肪12.00%、粗灰分含量为14.31%的营养水平组合对凡纳滨对虾仔虾的相对体重增长率[(241.06±23.66)%]、相对体长增长率[(88.99±2.74)%]、饵料系数(2.55±0.23)、特定生长率[(243.38±25.36)%/d]和蛋白质效率[(89.53±8.23)%]最佳.对凡纳滨对虾仔虾生长影响最大的必需氨基酸和必需脂肪酸分别是组氨酸(His)和二十二碳六烯酸(22??6n-3,DHA),其含量分别为1.33、1.20 g/100 g.在金属离子中,总磷的影响效果大于钙.

Five indexes which are relative weight gain rate, relative body-length growth rate, feed conversion ratio, specific growth rate, protein efficiency ratio, were studied to determine the effects of different nutritional levels of diet on the growth performance of Litopenaeus vanna?mei postlarvae. The results showed that the preferred nutritional level of diet contained crude protein(43.95%), crude fat(12.00%), crude ash(14.31%). And the five indexes including the rela?tive weight gain rate [(241.06±23.66)%], relative body-length growth rate [(88.99±2.74)%], feed conversion ratio (2.55±0.23), specific growth rate [(243.38±25.36)%/d], protein efficiency ratio [(89.53±8.23)%] of Litopenaeus vannamei postlarvae was the best. The essential amino acid and essential fatty acid that affect the growth of Penaeus vananmei postlarvae most were the histi?dine (His) with 1.33 g/100 g and docosahexaenoic acid (22??6n-3, DHA) with 1.20 g/100 g, re?spectively. As for the metal ions, the effect of total phosphorus was better than that of calcium.
