Vitamin nutrition not only affects the performance of breeder hen, but also the hatch?ability of eggs by influencing the deposition of vitamin in eggs. This article summarized the re?searches on the relationship between vitamin nutrition of breeder hen and vitamin deposition in eggs, fertility, hatchability, and percentage of healthy chicks in recent several decades. And the relevant influences of vitamins and levels in breeder hen diet on hatchability were also dis?cussed.
