利用麦苗对无机硒富集转化为有机硒,制备成冲剂,通过动物试验来观察其对小鼠免疫功能的调节作用.用富硒麦芽粉为原料制备成富硒麦芽冲剂,试验动物分3个剂量组(1.0、2.0、4.0 g/kg·BW),称取样品用蒸馏水混合,同时设蒸馏水对照组,各组灌胃量为每天0.2 mL,连续30 d.测小鼠细胞免疫与体液免疫相关指标,并对其进行统计分析.HC50试验高剂量组结果高于对照组(P<0.05),抗体生成试验的中、高剂量组抗体生成细胞数高于对照组(P<0.05);小鼠迟发性变态反应试验显示,高剂量组小鼠攻击前后足跖厚度差值高于对照组(P<0.05);NK细胞活性检测,中、高剂量组NK细胞活性高于对照组(P<0.05).提示富硒麦芽冲剂具有增强小鼠免疫力功能的作用.

@@@@To investigate the Se-rich malt granules effects on immune function in mice, which the Se-rich malt was transformed from inorganic Se. Mice were randomly selected and divided into 3 groups:control group, Se-rich malt groups with the dose of 1.0,2.0,4.0 g/kg·BW by oral administration for 30 d respectively. The cellular immunity and humoral immunity of mice were tested. HC50 value of the high group mice increased (P<0.05), hemolytic antibody of high and middle groups were significantly increased markedly (P<0.05), the delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH) were better than that of the control group (P<0.05), NK cells activities of the high and middle groups were strengthened (P<0.05). Se-rich malt granules can promote mice immunity.
