探讨了以低聚果糖、菊粉、富硒酵母为主要原料所研制而成的功能牛奶的免疫调节作用.实验采用250只体重为(20±3)g的清洁的ICR小鼠,随机分为5组,每组50只.每组再分成空白对照组、牛奶对照组和低(0.4 mL/kg·bw)、中(0.8 mL/kg·bw)、高(2.5 mL/kg·bw)5个剂量组,并于给药30 d后,分别从细胞免疫、体液免疫、单核-巨噬细胞功能及NK细胞活性4个方面,对功能牛奶的作用进行了研究.结果表明,不同剂量的功能牛奶对小鼠的体重差异无显著影响;中剂量组对于提高巨噬细胞吞噬能力有显著作用;高剂量组对提高小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化、增强小鼠迟发型变态反应、增加抗体生成和抗体体积、以及提高小鼠碳廓清能力和巨噬细胞吞噬能力,提高NK细胞活性均有显著作用.依据《保健食品检验与评价技术规范-2003》结果判定,功能牛奶具有增强免疫力的作用.

@@@@The immunomodulatory effects of Functional Milk including FOS (Fructo oligosaccharide), inulin , Selenium enriched yeast in mice were explored .Two hundred and fifty mice, weight in the range of 17 and 23 gram, were divided into five treatment groups and fed at five dose. The dose groups were normal control group, milk control group, low dose group (0.4 mL/kg·bw), middle dose group (0.8 mL/kg·bw) and high dose group (2.5 mL/kg·bw) respectively. Cellular immunity, humoral immunity, monocyte - macrophage cell function and activity of natural-killer (NK) cells were investigated to verify immune function of functional milk. The results showed that no significant effect was observed on weight gain. Compared with the normal and milk control group, the phagocytic capacity of macrophage in medium dose group was significantly different. The activity of lymphocyte transformation , delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH ), antibody formation cell and haemolysis value, clearance capacity of carbon and phagocytic capacity of macrophages, activity of NK cells in high dose group were highly significantly different. According to '2003 checking and appraising a technical code on health-care food' decides, functional milk can enhance the immune function in mice.
