通过考察小球藻多糖对小鼠脾脏淋巴细胞增殖,腹腔巨噬细胞增殖、吞噬中性红、释放NO能力的,研究了小球藻多糖对小鼠体外免疫细胞功能的影响.结果显示,小球藻多糖可增强吞噬细胞的吞噬功能,促进巨噬细胞合成NO,促进脾淋巴细胞及腹腔巨噬细胞的增殖.表明小球藻多糖具有增强小鼠细胞免疫功能的作用.
通過攷察小毬藻多糖對小鼠脾髒淋巴細胞增殖,腹腔巨噬細胞增殖、吞噬中性紅、釋放NO能力的,研究瞭小毬藻多糖對小鼠體外免疫細胞功能的影響.結果顯示,小毬藻多糖可增彊吞噬細胞的吞噬功能,促進巨噬細胞閤成NO,促進脾淋巴細胞及腹腔巨噬細胞的增殖.錶明小毬藻多糖具有增彊小鼠細胞免疫功能的作用.
통과고찰소구조다당대소서비장림파세포증식,복강거서세포증식、탄서중성홍、석방NO능력적,연구료소구조다당대소서체외면역세포공능적영향.결과현시,소구조다당가증강탄서세포적탄서공능,촉진거서세포합성NO,촉진비림파세포급복강거서세포적증식.표명소구조다당구유증강소서세포면역공능적작용.
@@@@In order to study the effects of Chlorella polysaccharides on immunocell functions of mice, the immunomodulatory activities of polysaccharides from Chlorella sp were evaluated by Splenocyte proliferation, peritoneal macrophage activation, neutral red uptake by Raw264.7 cell and NO emission detection in vitro. The results showed that the Chlorella polysaccharides could enhance the immunologic function of healthy mice. The polysaccharide enhanced the phagocytic activity of neutral red, increased nitro oxide (NO) production, stimulated spleen lymphocyte proliferation and macrophage proliferation obviously.
