采用微波提取法,选取理想提取溶剂、微波时间、温度、功率、料液比、乙醇浓度作为提取因素,进行单因素实验,选取其中影响较大者进行L9(34)正交试验,来优化夏枯草中齐墩果酸的提取工艺.结果表明,夏枯草中齐墩果酸的最佳提取条件为以90%乙醇溶液为溶剂,温度70℃,微波时间120 s,料液比1∶20(g∶mL),提取率最高可高达13.87%.
