采用分光光度法,以熊果酸为对照品测定锁阳中熊果酸的含量.通过单因素试验和正交试验优化提取熊果酸的工艺条件.结果表明:锁阳中熊果酸的最佳提取工艺条件为乙醇浓度为95%,料液比为1∶18(g/mL),提取温度为90℃,提取时间为2 h,提取2次,熊果酸的提取率为38.21 mg/g.

@@@@The aim of this work is to optimize the Soxhlet extraction process for ursolic acid from Cynomorium. The content of ursolic acid was determined by the UV spectrophotometer method. The extraction condition was optimized using one-factor experimental design and orthogonal experimental design respectively. according to the results obtained in this work, the optimum extraction conditions can be given as follows:the ethanol content in extraction solvent was 95%, the ratio of materials to solvent was 1∶18(g/mL), the extraction temperature was 90 ℃, the processing time was 2 hours, and the extraction process should be repeated twice. Under the condition, the optimum extraction rate, with the value of 38.21 mg/g, was obtained.
