研究一年中生长旺盛期间苹果树枝、叶中根皮苷和根皮素的含量动态变化规律,为苹果树枝和叶的合理利用提供依据.采用RP-HPLC方法测定根皮苷、根皮素含量变化.苹果树枝和叶中都有根皮苷存在,随着生长发育呈现出不同的变化特点,叶中根皮苷在9、10月含量最高,平均含量为16.31 mg/g.树枝中根皮苷含量在6月时最高,平均含量为11.93 mg/g.仅苹果叶中含有根皮素,5月份含量最高为2.541 mg/g.树枝中未检出.苹果枝和叶可作为提取根皮苷和根皮素的资源加以利用.

@@@@Study on the dynamic changes of phlordzin and phloretin from apple tree leave and branches in the growing season, which may provide information for the utilization of the apple tree leave and branches. To determinate the phlordzin and phloretin concentration using the RP-HPLC method. Phlordzin was mainly occurred in leave and branches of apple tree. With a series of growth activity, the contents of phlordzin showed different change regularity in leave and branches. The average contents of phlordzin from leave were 16.31 mg/g and the highest content occurred in September and October. In branch the average contents of phlordzin were11.93 mg/g and the highest content occurred in June. There was no phloretin in the branches but only in the leave, and the highest content occurred in May is 2.541 mg/g. Apple tree leave and branches can be used as the materials to extract phlordzin and phloretin.
