采用水提醇沉法从云南丽江产白雪茶中分离提取出雪茶多糖(Thamnolia vermicularis polysaccharide,TP),以多糖提取率为观察指标,用正交试验选择多糖提取的最佳工艺条件,并观察白雪茶多糖在体外的抗氧化作用.结果表明,白雪茶多糖的最佳提取工艺条件为提取温度80℃、提取时间12 h、料液比1∶15(g/mL);此工艺条件下多糖平均得率为2.609%(RSD=1.48%).体外抗氧化结果表明,白雪茶多糖对·OH和O2-·有一定的清除作用,且呈剂量效应关系.

@@@@The polysaccharide of Thamnolia vermicularis grown in Lijiang City, Yunnan province was isolated by water extracting-alcohol precipitating method. Taking the polysaccharide extraction rate as the indicator, the optimal extracting conditions were studied by the way of orthogonal test. Moreover, the anti-oxidation activities of the polysaccharide were also observed in vitro. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions of the polysaccharide were 80℃for extracting temperature, 12 h for time and 1∶15 for ratio of water (mL)to material (g). Under these processing conditions, the polysaccharide extraction rate was 2.609 %(RSD=1.48 %). In addition, the polysaccharide had certain effect on scavenging free radicals of ·OH and O2-· in vitro and exhibited the dose-effect relation.
