研究在超声波条件下采用正交设计法优选茶多酚的浸提工艺.在得出的最优浸提工艺条件下制取茶汤,利用珠状壳聚糖探讨其对茶多酚的吸附性能.结果表明:在以水做浸提剂,料液比1∶15(g/mL)、浸提温度60℃、浸提时间21 min、两次浸提的条件下,浸提效果较好;在上述浸提工艺条件下,珠状壳聚糖对茶多酚较佳的吸附条件为:湿态珠状壳聚糖4.0 g、吸附时间2.0 h、温度30℃、25.00 mL pH7的茶汤,其吸附率可达70.95%.

연구재초성파조건하채용정교설계법우선다다분적침제공예.재득출적최우침제공예조건하제취다탕,이용주상각취당탐토기대다다분적흡부성능.결과표명:재이수주침제제,료액비1∶15(g/mL)、침제온도60℃、침제시간21 min、량차침제적조건하,침제효과교호;재상술침제공예조건하,주상각취당대다다분교가적흡부조건위:습태주상각취당4.0 g、흡부시간2.0 h、온도30℃、25.00 mL pH7적다탕,기흡부솔가체70.95%.
@@@@Tea polyphenols was extracted by ultrasonic wave technology with orthogonal test method.The effect of adsorption rate for tea polypehnols by using the beaded chitosan resin was studied.The results showed optimal extraction condition were as follows:the solid-liquid ratio 1∶15 (g/mL),the temperature of extraction 60℃, the time of extraction 21 min,and extract twice. Meanwhile the optimal adsorption condition to tea polyphenols were as follows:the beaded chitosan resin 4.0 g,adsorption time 2.0 h,adsorption temperature 30℃,pH of tea soup 7.The absortion rate could reach 70.95%.
