建立了毛细管柱气相色谱仪快速测定红枣中甜蜜素的方法.采用Rtx-WAS毛细管柱和氢火焰检测器测定,外标法定量.结果表明在0.1 mg/mL~10.0 mg/mL范围内,甜蜜素的峰面积与其浓度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9996,检出限为0.003 g/kg,平均加标回收率为87.6%~108.8%,相对标准偏差为2.9%~5.3%(n=5).该方法简便快速,结果准确,重现性好,适合红枣中甜蜜素的测定.

@@@@An analytical method for fast determination for sodium cyclamate in red dates by gas chromatography was developed. The sodium cyclamate in red dates was separated by Rtx-WAS column, and determined by a fire iron detector (FID). The result showed that the linear range was between 0.1 mg/mL-10.0 mg/mL and the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 6. The detection limit was 0.003 g/kg, and the average recoveries were between 87.6%and 108.8%with the relative standard deviations (RSDs) of 2.9%-5.3%(n=5). It was proved to be a convenient and accurate method for the analysis of sodium cyclamate in red dates.
