发动机是动力传动系统的动力来源,而扭转振动是发动机产生故障的主要形式.通过对6110/125Z发动机进行扭振分析,发现其飞轮螺栓断裂的主要原因是轴系共振引起的,通过对扭转减振器进行改进,减小了飞轮传递的附加扭振力矩,同时也减小了扭振振幅,最终解决了螺栓断裂问题.

@@@@Engine is the power source of a power transmission system ,and torsional vibration (TV ) is the main failure form of the engine .The torsional vibration (TV ) analysis of 6110/125Z engine shows the shaft system resonance is the main reason for the breakage of flywheel bolts .After improving the TV damper ,both the additional torque of the shaft and the amplitude of torsional vibration are decreased ,and the breakage of the flywheel bolts is solved .
