分析了垃圾压实机提升及转向液压系统的工作原理及所包含的液压元件.首先,根据工作原理,运用流量连续性方程和力平衡方程建立静态数学模型;然后在AMEsim7畅0畅0中建立了提升及转向液压系统的动态仿真模型;最后分析了在不同的动态信号下,提升系统和转向系统的工作特性,对进一步提高垃圾压实机的提升及转向性能有一定的指导意义.

@@@@In this paper , the working principle of hydraulic lifting and steering system of a garbage compactor and its inner components are analyzed .First ,according to the working principle and flow continuity equation and force balance equation ,the static mathematical model is set up .Afterthat ,the dynamic simulation model of the hydraulic lifting and steering system is established in AMEsim7 .0 .0 .In the final ,in different dynamic condition , the performance characteristics of steering and lifting system are analyzed .The results contribute to improving the performance of the compaction machinery .
