鉴于工业机器人用高精度减速机对扭转刚度有着严格的要求,通过研制的高精度测试系统对几台2K -V型减速机样机进行了扭转刚度测试试验研究,采用不同的方法对各台样机扭转刚度曲线进行了处理分析.结果表明:采用平均法处理扭转刚度曲线更具有合理性.该结论为正确评价2K -V型减速机的刚度特性提供了一定的理论依据.

@@@@A high precision system is developed ,by which the torsion stiffness of high accurate 2K‐V reducer used in industrial robot can be tested .The experimental research on several 2K‐V reducer prototypes are conducted ,further more every torsion stiffness curve for 2K‐V reducer is processed and analyzed by different treatment .The results indicate that it will be more reasonable to process the torsion stiffness curves by averaging method .So ,it provides a theoretical foundation for the evaluation of the stiffness characteristics of 2K‐V reducers .
