主要对组合攻丝机床传统电气控制进行了详细讨论并进行了一定的研究,通过软件方式对传统控制方式进行了完善,降低了传统方式在极限开关失效的情况下损坏机床机械部件的可能性,使组合攻丝机床工作更安全、可靠,同时减少加工零件的损耗并保护机床自身零件.经实际生产验证,该方法较适合在实际生产中推广,有较高的实用价值.

@@@@This paper mainly discusses the traditional electrical control system of combined machine tool , makes some relevant research ,and introduces the method of improving the traditional way by software control mode .In this way ,we can reduce the possibility of damage to the mechanical components which always exists in traditional control mode under the condition of the failure of limit switch .It keeps combination tapping machine working more safely and reliably ,and at the same time ,reduces the loss of processing parts .This method is proved to be suitable for promotion with high practical value .
