神华天津煤炭码头有限责任公司6台取料机在制造、安装后一直存在中心回转电缆拖链的结构失效和结构失效导致的6000 V高压泄漏问题.通过对取料机的中心回转拖链系统进行设计研究,利用 PLC对其进行了控制系统改进.改进后拖链负载减少到原负载的25%,远远低于拖链的设计负载.

@@@@To the problem of 6000 V high‐voltage leakage caused by the structure failure of tow chain system for center rotary cable in six reclaimers in Shenhua Tianjin Coal Terminal Co .,Ltd .,based on analyzing the structure of the tow chain system ,the control system was improved by use of PLC .After improvement ,the load on tow chain declines to 25% of the original load ,much lower than the design load ,to make the tow chain system meet the technical requirements .
