20世纪80年代以后,在高等教育大众化背景下,发达国家教师在职培训已经从学历提升转向教育教学“实践性知识”的提升,而培训方式也随之从班级讲授转向交流互动,共同学习的研讨、工作坊方式.以“中小学教师国家级培训计划”为代表的我国中小学教师在职培训,也应该向通过学习共同体,提升“实践性知识”的方式转型.
20世紀80年代以後,在高等教育大衆化揹景下,髮達國傢教師在職培訓已經從學歷提升轉嚮教育教學“實踐性知識”的提升,而培訓方式也隨之從班級講授轉嚮交流互動,共同學習的研討、工作坊方式.以“中小學教師國傢級培訓計劃”為代錶的我國中小學教師在職培訓,也應該嚮通過學習共同體,提升“實踐性知識”的方式轉型.

Under the background of popularization of higher education after 1980s, in-service teacher training in developed countries has been shifted from qualification promotion to “practical knowledge”promotion. Meantime, the modes of training are being shifted from classroom teaching to interaction, the co-learning seminar and workshop. As the representative of“national training program for primary and secondary school teachers”, in-service training in China should also be geared to the mode of “practical knowledge”through learning community.
