教学质量评价本身是一个典型的不确定性问题.为了科学合理地检验高校的教育质量,结合所在学校的教学评价指标体系,依据教学领域督学专家的知识和经验,提出了基于AHP-FUZZY的教学质量评价系统的设计方案.首先,运用层次分析法(AHP)合理地确定了评价指标的权重;其次运用模糊决策将定量分析还原成评价等级,进行综合评价;最后根据实际需求开发了教学质量评价系统.该系统应用于实际的教学质量评价中,能够对教学质量进行准确、高效的评价,为教学质量评价的研究提供了有意义的参考价值.

@@@@The evaluation of teaching quality is a typical problem of uncertainty. In order to detect the teaching quality in university scien-tifically and rationally,a design scheme of teaching quality evaluation system based on AHP-FUZZY is proposed with the school teaching evaluation index and the experiences and knowledge of experts. Firstly,the method of AHP is used to determine the weight of evaluation indexes reasonably. Then the method of fuzzy decision is used to comprehensive evaluation with restoration from quantitative analysis to evaluation grade. At last,according to the actual demand develop the teaching quality evaluation system. The system is applied in the actu-al teaching quality evaluation to accurate and efficient evaluation for teaching quality,providing a meaningful reference value for teaching quality evaluation research.
