The construction of professional teaching resources library for higher vocational education could provides a platform for sharing teaching resources, but it cannot meet the needs of different levels learners. However, the professional teaching resources library management platform could build an interactive teach platform on the basis of open resources library, personalized teaching platform, and sharing learning community, thus to solve some problems existed in the construction of professional teaching resources library.
