一套科学、完善、符合实际的临床科室绩效评价指标体系,将会有利于提高医院管理水平.采用文献综述法,初步筛选可供选取的绩效考核指标;结合医院的实际工作情况,同时运用德尔菲法和层次分析法,构建医院临床科室的绩效考核指标体系,确定了二级指标体系.该体系包括4个一级指标,25个二级指标,并由医院不同科室提供相关数据将其运用到医院临床科室的日常和年终考核中.

A set of clinical departments performance assessment index system is in favour of improving hospital management level. This paper selects the acceptable performance assessment index by literature review method, which combine with the actual situation of the hospital, builds clinical departments performance assessment index system by Delphi and AHP method. Confirms secondary level index system, this system includes 4 first level index, 25 secondary level index. Provides relevant data and uses in daily and year assessment.
