以现代煤化工产业为例,探讨如何通过不同的业务模式,将技术转化为可以投入工业化使用,并带来经济利润和社会效益的技术产品,或者工艺创新的现实生产力.分析认为,结合我国现阶段技术产业化现状,通过与全球知名跨国公司联手,建立中外合资企业,对加速国内煤化工技术产业化,推动我国煤化工产业升级,增强企业知识产权保护意识,创新管理理念具有重要的战略意义.

This paper discusses how to transform technology into technical products that can be put into use in industry with economic and social benefit, or actual productivity on process innovation through different business model, taking modern coal chemical industry for example. The analysis indicates that the establishing of sino-foreign joint venture with well-known global transnational corporation, considering the current situation of industrial application of technology at home, has significant strategic meaning to several aspects, for example: to speed up industrial application of technology on coal chemical industry at home, to implement the upgrade of coal chemical industry, to enhance protective consciousness and innovation management.
